The African philosophy of Ubuntu emphasizes community, interconnectedness, and empathy, reminding us that we are formed by those we surround ourselves with.

RAMWI’s mission is to empower, engage and support refugee and migrant women as they resettle in the Tampa Bay area. This year we will focus on connection through storytelling and the honoring of our 2025 Women of Impact as they receive their awards.
